Ramon has been involved in ministry in Nogales, Mexico since 1983 as a Church Pastor and Seminary Teacher. In 2005 Ramon was appointed as Executive Director of the Seminary. Nogales Baptist Seminary trains pastors and church leaders that are serving in Mexico, United States, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Spain.
