Mission/Vision
In seeking to fulfill our purpose for existing as a local church, it is our intent to use the following Mission and Vision Statements to guide us in what we both do and don't do as a local "body of Christ."
MISSION: To glorify God through the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
The Great Commission: All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age. Mathew 28:18-20 ESV
VISION: In seeking to fulfill our mission we purpose to move people:
• To CONNECT with God through faith in Jesus Christ and membership in this church,
• to GROW in their knowledge of Jesus and the daily practices of their faith,
• to SERVE the Lord and others in and through the workings of this church and,
• to reach people in the world with the good news of Jesus, beginning with their closest relationships, so these people may connect with God.
