Many kids, as well as adults, have made the drive up Varney Creek Road, each with expectations for what they will encounter when they reach camp. Some come expecting a fun time provided by the camp staff. Others come for the food that always seems to be a highlight. Many come because of the experiences that their friends and family have had at camp, but most hope to experience God’s magnificence in a peaceful setting that reflects His beauty and grace.
